On January 6, 2021, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts provided notice of a potential national breach of the CM/ECF system and called upon courts to implement new security procedures to protect highly sensitive documents ("HSDs"). We have no information indicating that the breach impacted the Eastern District of Tennessee specifically. The Court will adopt and post new procedures for handling the limited types of documents that meet the definition of HSDs.
