Attorney Change of Address Request
Attorneys admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee are required to submit a written notice of change of name, business address and/or email address to the Clerk upon a change of address.
Personal identifying and contact information provided by attorneys for use in the Court's electronic filing system will be used to allow the attorney to electronically submit and view documents, and to receive system notifications of filings and other events. Personal identifying and contact information will not be provided to any outside entities.
